PRIVATE 1:1 COACHING
$150 per session
Ongoing private coaching tailored entirely to you — your nervous system, your life, your goals. We work at a pace and frequency that fits your schedule and your brain, and we build on each session so the work compounds over time.
What's included:
• 50-60 minute sessions, online, by phone, or in person
• Flexible scheduling — weekly, biweekly, or monthly
• Personalized approach drawing on nervous system tools, somatic practices, movement, nutrition, and identity work
• Session notes and between-session support
• HSA/FSA accepted | Sliding scale available based on need
What does a session actually look like?
Every session is different because every person is different. But here's a general sense of how we work together:
We start with a win. What’s something that went well for you this past week or month?
It’s important to anchor in our successes and remember that we ARE actually good at things, even when it feels like everything is hard.
Then, we’ll review, honestly, where you are. Not where you think you should be, where you actually are right now. That might mean celebrating successfully achieving a goal, working through a stuck point, or just figuring out why this week was rough for you.
We use a mix of conversation, nervous system check-ins, and practical tools. Sometimes that means exploring a somatic practice together. Sometimes it means building a system for something that keeps falling apart. Sometimes it means sitting with a hard feeling and figuring out what it needs.
You leave with something actionable—not a long to-do list, but one or two things that are manageable for your brain.
And over time, sessions start to feel less like problem-solving and more like coming home to yourself, feeling seen, and making progress.
No two clients look the same. That's the point.
