Ready to get started?!

Many people like to meet with me for 50-60 minutes weekly. It keeps us in a routine and keeps you accountable.

However, everyone is different! Weekly, bimonthly, monthly… I am flexible to what works with your schedule, budget, and needs.

And I get it—you might not have the time or attention span to commit to weekly 60-minute sessions. That’s okay! Some other options include:

  • Two 15-minute sessions per week

  • One 30-minute session per week

  • Two 60-minute sessions per month

…and more!

Rates are on a sliding scale depending on income level and need. HSA/FSA options available. Standard rate is $150 per hour.
